Created for Purpose

                                                Created for Purpose
Jeremiah 1 vs 5: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born, I set you apart.”

No human being on earth is a mistake. We were sent here to do something valuable. God has something needed to be done that made you necessary. Unfortunately, the average human being doesn't know why they exist. They wake up every morning going to job they hate, working with people they don’t like, getting paid less than they worth and dying too young from frustration because they don’t know why they exist.

Myles Munroe once said that the Greatest tragedy in life is not death, but life without a purpose. One of the deepest cravings of human beings is the desire to be important, to find a sense of significance and relevance. This burning desire is what motivates and inspires the actions of every human being. The great need for significance has been the fuel for civilization and advancement. It is a calamity to be alive and not know why you were given life.

Why am I here? What was I born to do? Why did I come to this planet? Why am I different? These are universal questions that have haunted mankind for ages. To live a meaningful, impactful and a fulfilling life, one MUST find the answers to these questions. Purpose is the key to life, as without purpose life has no meaning. Purpose is the only source to a life of fulfillment. Without knowledge of purpose life becomes an endless cycle of activities and events without any significance. In other words, life without purpose could be a life of motion but one of no progress.

Jeremiah 29:11 states “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for well-being and not for trouble, to give you a future and a hope.” God already finished you before He started you.  The book of Isaiah identifies God as the God of purpose. In this book God declares “I am God and there is none like me.  I am God and I always set the end before the beginning... I say my purpose will stand.  He never begins with the beginning; He begins with the end. Hence, your success is already finished. The secret about you existed before the world began, hence God did not create you to then figure out why you exist. He established your destiny first and then allowed you to be birthed.

Nothing is truly yours until you understand it – not even yourself. Discovering and fulfilling one’s purpose MUST be the primary goal of every individual. The emphatic answer to the old-aged question Why am I here?  is to be the best expression of myself and manifest my true self fully on earth. Our truest source of joy comes from fulfilling the will of God concerning our lives.

Prayer:

O Lord reveal to me your purpose concerning my life.

Position In Christ

Position In Christ, Part 1.             John 14 vs 14, "If you ask anything in My name, I will do it".  NKJV John 14:14 says, "If you ask anything in My name, I will do it." Simple, right? Just ask in Jesus' name, and it will be done! But here's the thing: Sometimes, it doesn’t feel like that’s the case. We pray, we ask, we believe, and yet, the answers don’t always come. As a young believer, I was told that if my prayers weren't answered, they weren't in line with God's will. But there are situations where people are sick, and we lay hands on them for healing, but they don’t recover. Jesus promised in Mark 16:18, “They will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” So, what’s going on? Here is a surprising truth: Simply saying “In Jesus' name” at the end of a prayer doesn’t guarantee answered prayers. I know that sounds wild, but let me explain. When Jesus walked the earth, the name "Jesus" didn’t even exist. Back then, He wa...

The Transformative Power of the Word

Unlocking the Power in God's Word The Bible tells us something very important in Joshua 1: 8 (NKJV):  "This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success." This verse reminds us that God's word is not something to take lightly. It's not just a book - it's our lifeline. Our physical and spiritual health depends on it. (Psalm 33:6, Matthew 4:4).  Nothing is more fundamental to human existence than the living Word of God. The Bible is not a collection of empty phrases; it's a principal guide on navigating life on earth.  There is POWER in the word of God. As John 1 vs 1 (NKJV) declares:   "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. "   Here, we understand that the Word of God is not merely inspired writing - it is a d...

The Mind of Christ

The Mind of Christ Philippians 2 :5: "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus". NKJV                    In this passage we are encouraged to have the mind of Christ. One may wonder, why does Paul encourage us to have the mind of Christ? What the significance of the mind? Brethren, the battle of life is the battle of the mind. Each day there is a battle raging between the forces of light and forces of darkness to take absolute control of your mind. Why? The emphatic truth is that whoever or whatsoever controls your mind controls your life.                  A person's mind is the garden where seeds are sown, and from which yields every thought, action, habit, and character . As it is commonly said "Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an act, reap a habit; sow a habit, and you reap a character; sow a character, and you reap a destiny". Sata...
