Abiding in Christ Pay keen attention to Jesus' words in John 15 vs 5: “I am the vine; you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without me you can do nothing”.           The allegorical references Jesus assigns to himself as the vine and to us Christians as fruit bearing branches demands our ultimate attention.
